This course explores one of the most important questions of our time: how can we be who we really are, while living harmoniously with others and contributing to something bigger than ourselves?

Through study of key Buddhist texts, meditation and discussion, we'll explore:

- How to rise above peer pressure through cultivating genuine friendship
- Why true individuality is what the world needs more than ever
