This six-week course is ideal if you are new to yoga, or if you have some experience and feel you would benefit from going over the basics. Over six weeks you'll learn to build a safe and solid foundation for a sustainable yoga practice, whilst experiencing how yoga prepares the body and mind for meditation through cultivating stability, awareness and relaxation
